The Labyrinth House explores American pragmatic ways of building and late-medieval American house forms. The project also involved questions about the labyrinth and the use of models in architectural design.
The Labyrinth House is not intended to be built. Its drawings were informed by a model rather than a projection of future full-scale construction.
The path would have led around the tower to a staging area. From here visitors,
accompanied by a docent, would ride the two-story car entertained by views of Detroit, Windsor and the story of Detroit's relationship to water.
